Finding time to relax and meditate is very good for the mind , body and soul.
People often ask me how to connect with their Moldavite, this is for sure the best way.
This is a simple cleansing and grounding meditation that I often use.
Find some time and space and just shut your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
Slow your breathing down and try to relax all of the muscles in your body. Start at your toes and continuing through your whole body including your finger tips and right up to the muscles in your head
Focus on your Moldavite.
Imagine roots coming from your body and growing into the Earth like tree roots.
Open all of your Chakras. do this by working your way up from your base Chakra to your crown Chakra and imagine them opening like a beautiful Lotus flower
Once you are relaxed and grounded to the Earth, ask to be connected to your highest possible source of light.
Imagine white light pouring down from above into your crown Chakra and flowing right though your body and into the ground through your roots
Your in breath will draw black healing energy from the earth. Imagine this flowing up from your roots and into every part of your body, right up to the tips of your toes and fingers and right up to the top of your head
Your out breath will flush it out back to the ground as the white light pours into your body to replace and wash it out. don't forget those finger tips.
Sit and relax in this in and out rhythm .
Do this for as long as you feel comfortable.
Let the healing and transformations begin.
